These terms are a contract between you and S3XY Cards, a service run by Engraving By Silva, part of S3XY Enterprise, in Palm Bay, Florida ("we", "us"). By placing an order, checking the agreement boxes at checkout, or sending us a card, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't order.
You must be 18 or older to order.
We make S3XY Connect Cards: one card that works as a Tesla key card and as an NFC business card. We supply the card, laser-engrave your design on it, and program its NFC side to open your S3XY Profile when it is tapped against a phone. You can design the card yourself in our online designer, upload your own artwork, use one of our templates or our Canva template, or describe an idea and have us design it for you.
Section 2a covers the card's NFC (business card) side and the link it opens. Before October 18, 2026 we sold Tesla key card engraving and NFC business cards as two separate products; the parts of these terms about mailing in your own Tesla key card or buying a new one through us apply only to orders placed before that date.
Plainly: we write your link to the chip and test it. What is at the other end of the link is yours.
Plainly: if checkout is ever switched off for a preview, you can design and look around, but no money changes hands.
If we ever put the site into a preview period, checkout may be switched off and prices shown are for information only. No order is placed and nothing is charged until checkout is live and you complete a payment. Feedback you send during the preview may be used to improve the site.
Plainly: S3XY Connect Cards are $29.99 per card, card included. The Tesla pairing feature is +$20 per card and includes a Wallet card; a Wallet card on its own is +$9.99 per card. There is a $5 design fee if you ask us to design the card for you. Shipping is free. Sales tax is added at checkout.
The total is shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at checkout through Stripe. We don't see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price you paid for a placed order will not.
This section applies only to Tesla key card engraving orders placed before October 18, 2026. S3XY Connect Cards are always supplied by us.
After you pay, we email you an order number and our mailing address. Pack the card in a padded envelope with your order number inside. Don't mail anything before you have that number. By sending a card, you confirm that you own it or have the owner's permission to permanently modify it.
If you choose this option, we buy a new, official Tesla key card for you at retail cost, engrave it, and ship it to you. You will need to pair it with your vehicle yourself; pairing instructions are provided by Tesla, not by us. If we cannot obtain a card within a reasonable time, we will tell you and refund the card cost, or the full order if you prefer.
You are responsible for the content of your design and for checking spelling, dates, and details. What you approve in the proof is what we engrave. If we make a mistake that doesn't match the proof you approved, we will re-engrave a replacement card at no charge.
Uploaded photos and color artwork are converted to single-color line art for the laser. Fine detail may be simplified. Any changes we make are shown in your proof before engraving.
If you ask us to design it for you, we create one design from your description and up to two rounds of revisions are included. Further revisions may be quoted separately. For either card the design fee in section 4 applies: $5 for the first design and $2 for each additional different design.
Plainly: we show you exactly what will be engraved, and we wait for your yes.
Before engraving we email you a proof and a private approval link. We do not engrave until you approve it. If we don't hear back within 30 days of sending the proof, we will contact you again; if there is still no response after 60 days, we may return your card unengraved and refund the order minus shipping already used. For an NFC business card there is no card to return: the same 30 and 60 days apply, and if there is still no response we cancel and refund the order.
Laser engraving permanently changes the surface of the card and cannot be undone or removed. Once engraving begins, your order becomes custom work that cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except as set out in sections 10 and 13.
We engrave only the top surface of the card and set up the laser to avoid the embedded NFC/RFID components. Our goal, and our experience, is that the card continues to work normally. We do not read, copy, or change any data on the card, and there is no reason for us to.
Because every card is a customer-supplied electronic item, we cannot guarantee it against faults unrelated to our engraving, such as a card that was already failing, water damage, or damage in the mail. See the next section for what we do guarantee.
Plainly: if our laser damages your card, we replace it. Free.
If your card stops working and the cause is our engraving process, we will replace it with a new Tesla key card, engraved with your approved design, at no cost to you. Tell us within 30 days of receiving the card. We may ask you to send the card back so we can confirm the cause. This guarantee covers damage caused by our engraving; it does not cover damage from the mail, from later use, or a fault the card already had.
Most orders spend about 1 to 3 days in our shop once you approve your proof (Tesla mail-in: once your card reaches us and you approve), then ship tracked. Mail time is on top of that. Orders are completed first in, first out. Times are estimates, not guarantees; delays can happen, and we will keep you informed if they do.
Plainly: before the laser starts, you can cancel and get your money back. After it starts, you can't.
Refunds go back to the payment method used at checkout, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
We may decline any order at our discretion and will refund it in full if we do. We won't engrave content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, illegal, or that promotes violence, and we won't reproduce someone else's artwork or logo when you don't have the right to use it.
You keep ownership of the artwork you supply. You confirm you have the right to use it, including any logos, characters, or brand names in it, and you give us permission to reproduce it for your order. You are responsible for any claim that your design infringes someone else's rights, and you agree to cover our reasonable costs if such a claim is made because of your design.
Our templates are provided for use on cards ordered from us. Our name, logo, website design, and template artwork belong to us and may not be copied or resold.
S3XY Cards and Engraving By Silva are independent and are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. "Tesla" is a trademark of Tesla, Inc., used on this site only to describe the card you own or are buying. Engraving may affect any warranty Tesla offers on the card; that is between you and Tesla.
Plainly: our responsibility is capped at what you paid us, plus the guarantee above.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, plus a replacement card under section 2a or section 10 where it applies. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost time, being unable to use your vehicle, or the cost of alternative transport. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to break in, overload it, upload malicious files, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access from anyone who does. The site is provided as is; we work to keep it accurate and available but can't promise it will always be error-free.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If something goes wrong, please email us first; most problems can be fixed quickly. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be handled in the courts of Brevard County, Florida, unless the law gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Orders are governed by the terms in place when they were placed.
